whine, whine, whine... The high of the Fourth was 63, yes 63. For those roasting in temps more like 100, consider going to a baseball game and fireworks show wearing the same cloths you would wear going to a football game in Oct/Nov. Coats, hats, gloves and lap-blanket

I'll join your whinefest. It's supposed to be 93 here on Wednesday. This does not make me happy

The weather forecast that I check every day shows temperatures in the low to mid nineties Wednesday - Friday. While that is appropriate for July, I fear thermal shock...if you hear a loud cracking noise from Acorn Cottage, you'll know that I and my home couldn't handle the sudden change. (not that I can ever handle temps that high, hot and sunny makes Fjorlief headachey and as hidden away as possible)

I also will join the whinefest. As for going up to around 90 in one jump, no please no. Doormouse and I keep ribbing each other about temperatures. He says that water freezes at 70 degrees and I say it boils at 75.
