Day Seventy Seven
The latest lockdown has slowed thigs down a bit, but there've been three days in the last ten when things happened in the building site.
Quite a bit of painting got done on Thursday 7th and Friday 8th. I had expected we'd be doing the final painting ourselves, and we may yet end up giving it some final touches, but most of it has now been done.
On Tuesday 12th the roofers were back to try to solve the leaks and to finish up the soffits and fascias. There's been a fair bit of rain over the last few days, and it seems there's at least one place where a little water is still getting through and producing a small damp patch on the extension's ceiling. Nothing like as bad as before, but...
