CBC Radio just aired a reading of Brion Gysin's recipee for hashish fudge from a Norwegian translation of Alice B. Toklas's cookbook.

My mother always (and by that I mean, about five times) referred to pot brownies as Alice B. Toklas brownies. It wasn't until I was well into my twenties that I realized other people didn't know them as that.
