This lesson becomes clearer and clearer to me : we cannot rely on things outside of our control. We need to pay attention to what we can control, to our feelings, to our relationships, and we work on what we CAN work on. When a wave comes to knock us down, we have to know what we have in life, and use our support system to pick ourselves back up
