I'm the one whose order number is 6325475.
After reading your email, I went to the bank to ask about this problem. They checked my credit card and said that: there had been many attempts at billing 44.47$ and there had been one to be approved, then the money in my card is subtracted.
This is the first time I've used a credit card and ordered at a website. The money in my card is only much enough to pay 44.47$. So after one attempt had been approved, the others would be unsuccessful.
Can you check again and please reply to me today. Because tomorrow, I'm going on holiday to Singapore for a week, so I can't check my email, or use my mobile phone number. You can only contact me by next Sunday.

On May 14,2011, we have obtained the authorised pending amount of USD44.47, which is prepared for the billing of the order once the requested items were shipped.
However, on June 28, 2011, while the requested items were shipped, the pending amount became invalid to be billed, since that amount was obtained about a month ago. That was why we needed to obtain an authorization amount of USD44.47 again for the billing.
However, we failed to bill while the requested items were shipped. In order to settle the order, we need another credit card to do so. The details was explained in the previous email.
As an alternative, you might settle the order through PayPal.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

http://www.acb.com.vn/en/ This is the website of the bank who provided me that credit card. I suggest that you should contact them to ask about my credit card. I'm sure that they will tell you: There is one of your attempt at billing 44.47$ which is approved.
You can stop sending the products I ordered although 44.47$ is a large amount of money for me. I'm only a student at high school. And I'm not old enough to have paypal. Had I had paypal, I wouldn't have bought goods at your website. My parents don't want me to buy goods on Internet because I may be cheated. There are so much many problems which a student like me can't solve. I'm very tired of explaining about this problem.
I won't definitely order at your website again because of your service.I'm very disappointed and I will tell my friends this problem and recommend them not to use your service so as to avoid any problems like this. Were the amount of money in my credit card 90$ or more, at least I would lost 88.94$, right? If I used an alternative card and I received my goods, I would still lose 44.47$. Actually, I can't afford.
I repeat: I'm very mad at your service and I will accept losing 44.47$ if you can't solve this problem. Moreover, I'll warn my friend who is using your service.

I was so angry but it is still lucky that I don't lose my money, ne? I have been informed that my ordered goods is at the post office now. This afternoon, I'll go there to receive them or it'll be tomorrow since it's raining.
