It'd be great if you could possibly provide some sort of example for Two Tone. I think I understand it, but just to be safe...

And the Accent Color - is it supposed to be a different color for all five or can it be the same "background" color/accent color?

For the accent color, different or the same, that is up to you. But for an example, use this post as a ref.
