last i heard the date wasn't being debated any longer. the reasons for having amf earlyer in the year are good ones. the website states: from Monday, June 25th to Wednesday, July 4th. if an uncredible source believes its in august let them believe it
um, dunno about the 8-bit tie, but both the swiss beat mp3 & usb mug warmer thingy look legit. i googled them and both have product reviews from last year. swissarmy.com is selling the mp3 player for way more thank thinkgeek. a review about it at popgadget. here's a blog review about the mug warmer at allusbdevices.com & coolest-gadgets.com & here's one being ebayed for $9.
I hope thinkgeek would've taken down their fake stuff by the 3rd of april :( if anything there still looks fake, it's the caffeinated showergel. but I guess that's been out since at least 2002.
