damn, the weather's been shitty lately. should i blame my unhappiness on that or a mere change of luck that's made things go the opposite of how i've wanted them to? This certain person isn't talking to me anymore (or not nearly as much as before). I think i'll just call myself unlucky

i read order of the pheonix in approximately fifteen hours, after purchasing it at midnight the day it came out.

i have since read it six more times, cover to cover, and let me tell you, it is so much better when you take the time to really get through it.

i didn't love it the first time, because harry's attitude irked me, i was really trying to get through it to see who would die, which really stunk, because when i got there, i was so relieved to have reached the point that i didn't really feel sad about the loss. the second time i read it, i almost cried. (okay, whatever, a few tears. shut up.)

but it explains a lot, shows the loyalty of harry's friends, has a lot of character development, and is very interesting.

this is probably all in vain, since you've probably read it a gagillion times too. but i just thought i'd comment...

i know you probably don't know who i am. i found your livejournal in a response section of one of i_shotthepilot's entries.
