OH DEAR. I am quite behind in my studying because like everyone else, procrastination has gotten the best of me X__X. I seriously haven't done much studying for the past 3 days. For the sleeping thing, try doing relaxation exercises. Just imagine yourself on a white sandy beach and all you hear are the gentle waves of the ocean OR if that doesn't work I'm sure the idea of your Daniel Henney will. =P
