very inconveniently i sprained my back (again)... old injury from the army days; i guess i'll take some time to recover. it's not a good time, since i'll be leaving in less than a week and i plan to walk lots and carry a messenger bag........ at times like this my love for country falters. as they say, 'pain is temporary; injury is forever'. and
