i don't like it when i get snappy, and i feel terrible for having snapped at mum tonight. i'm in a crappy mood. my shoulder muscles and back are sore, so my posture is all screwed up, which made it hard to concentrate at work. there's two months waiting period from the health insurance, so there's 5 wks or so before i can go see a physio. or ( Read more... )
