I would like to start this post by saying: I officially detest outsourced customer service centers. It has nothing to do with whether or not it's taking away American jobs. There's no racism involved. And I'd argue about whether it's truly cheaper for the company. No, I loathe outsourced call centers for one specific reason ( Read more... )

You will be happy to know that US Airways is IN SOURCING all call centers by 2011 :) Just a thought, maybe we'll lead the way back to the US. I hope all is well for you in CA.
