It is a truth universally acknowledged, that when one suddenly has things to write about, one no longer has the time to do so. I will be brief.

Pride and Prejudice was excellent. I could not have forseen how talented the cast would be. My heart swelled with pride (and I say that without prejudice) to see a script I had co-penned brought to life in ( Read more... )

Darling, we couldn't have done the play without your creative genius.

As for revision stress, I'd recommend taking a brief walk outside every once in a while for fresh air, a change of scenery and for your eyes to focus on something that isn't small words on parchment. And ice cream.

I think Hermione's genius may have been sufficient, but it would have been rather stressful for her, with everything else as well.

A walk. Yes. I could try that. I did try going out for a fly, but I tend to get distracted and spend an hour out there or more. Perhaps I will skip the ice-cream, though.

You could take tea breaks? I find they are very relaxing - to me, at least. So long as you drink away from your books, or else it's just studying with tea, and that's not relaxing at all.

I think I would just think about work whilst drinking tea. Maybe I should try and persuade Devon or Cad to drink tea with me, and talk about things which are not study.
