Cyberbullies

The internet is a forum for free expression. It is guarenteed by the first ammendment of the US Constitution. I don't see though WHY some people feel that gives them the power to tease, insult, belittle, and harrass others. It is usually done by people because simply they feel anonymous and they can. Anonymous flaming is the most gutless form of cowardice on the nets. I totally disrequard any comments that are aonymous. If someone isn't brave enough to state who they are, then they aren't worth the time it takes me to read their gripes. There's a lot of internet bullying that occurs on a couple of forums I go to, thankfully there is also a 'ignore' feature and I use it as reguired. It sure peeves some uses when their comments are ignored, especially if they are trying to discuss something that really interests them, but once they've shown themselves to be bullies hiding under the anonymity of an internet username I don't wish to read anything they have to say whether its genuine or not, it annoys them but gives me much satisfaction.
