Thats why I like to ride western. After I get off a horse, I feel like I've been beaten to a pulp, so I'd much rather slouch around in a dirty tee-shirt and greasy jeans than attempt to act prim and proper. ;)

I used to be able to do it. I used to ride 6 horses a day...but now I'm just old and broken! haha

People at work are pretty funny, they think I've had a relapse of the thing that made me all gimpy in the Fall. But really I'm just lame from the weekend.

It's kinda embarassing though, I walk down the street like I've had really rough (perhaps good) sex the night before...so strangers smile...but only I know the truth.

So do you dress up in the little red petticoat and black bonnet/helmet?

nah, that's for show...I wear chaps...but I do wear a helmet. Fallen on my head too many times to not.

I did show jump when I rode competitively. Unfortunately, unless the temperature is more than 30, jackets are not excused.

What's your e-mail addy, I'll send you pics of my baby.

Old bodies may be, but some bodies are 'dangerous' and some are not. unfortunately, you noticed right away my total lack of danger tonight. It's true, although my hair cut has essence of youth, the truth is that I am now a respected member of the community. I own and wear a watch! The danger is gone. The danger has been sucked out, has whithered, has fallen.

My last words:

I would recommend not stretching... ever. When I was youthful and full of dangerous thoughts and deeds, I never stretched and nothing ever happened to me. Stretching is the admission, the acceptance that the time for stretching has come about. Deny it! Deny all.

Don't worry, you're still dangerous ;)

Hawks are always dangerous AND now you look like you bathe again. What can be more dangerous than soap in the shower?!?! lol
