You get your horse back... around the second dungeon, I think. Really isn't that long. Oh, and there are two pieces of heart in every dungeon, yessum.

Ocarina of Time is better than Twilight Princess... Hands down. But it's still a good game. I'm in the water temple, and it freaking sucks.
