It's so sweet that they were sitting next to each other. They could've sat next to any other cast members they wanted to. Aaw.

I thought the organizers of the event usually plans where everyone (the celebrities at least) will sit. I don't know if they do this for People's Choice Awards, but at the Emmys they did (they had a "behind the scenes" look on E! or Entertainment Tonight).

So either way, Hugh wanted to sit with Robert! :)
