I'm surprised that they didn't include sunlight, since that is also a key element, even if it comes from one of those light lamps. It is especially crucial during the winter when seasonal depression kicks in.
Good times livin' in Seattle in the winter. Viva sad lamps and st.john's. Oh, and snowboarding. Nothing to cure a bad mood like hurling yourself down a mountain of snow. Wheeeee!
Am I the only one who read this and immediately thought they meant something along the lines of "Watching Emerson participate in a continuous and engaging activity"?
Nope, since I spelled it Emerson and not immersion. Still I think that watching Emerson participate in a continuous and engaging activity would be the cure for most depression. :D
Oh I am, I just started a 30 minute walk a few times a week, it's kind of a first step. *ba-dump-ump* It's just that time of year and I'm feeling pretty isolated. You know? But I'm going to Lawrence tonight to visit Jas, Dolly & Kelsey, so that will help.

Still I am the type of person who would like snow more if it was less cold and less damp. :)
