Well that's annoying.  I stayed up pretty late, even for me, last night working on a homework assignment I thought was due.  I got to class today and everyone I talked to was shocked that I was done.  Apparently there is no hard due date yet.

I suppose I should be happy that now I won't have to do it later.

How can it be considered a warning if the 'warning' is never received?  It was only sheer luck, if you can call it that, for me to find a piece of paper stuck under my wiper blade today.  I did not need to use my car today, and I almost didn't.  I had no pressing reason to go check on it.  And yet, if I had waited until next weekend, I would likely ( Read more... )

So you're out walking in the woods and you come across a woman walking her dog with her parents.  You pull off to the side of the narrow trail so that they can pass.  The dog is very friendly and wants to be petted so you do.  The woman is cute and obviously open to talking for a bit.  The parents continue on up the trail.  You have about 15 ( Read more... )
