defintately black shirt
if the pinstripes don't show too much as blue, i would go with the burgandy tie, since red and green are complimentary colours. but if the blue stripes stand out a lot, go with the blue tie because there would be too many colours, and it would match. hehe..didn't really give you a definate choice!
