It's in Marietta, a few miles north of the 75/575 split.

Technically, the address is in Kennesaw, but it's really where Kennesaw, Acworth, Woodstock, and Marietta come together. Really... we have friends that live in each of those areas and they are all within a few miles of us.

Drop me an e-mail so we aren't talking about this in a public forum, the information is in the post!

oh, and to answer your questions, There is LOTS of room at the house! You will have plenty of space I'm sure. Bells Ferry/Townlake Pkwy is about 3-4 miles from the house, so very close. It's right off the Bells Ferry exit at 575.

Talk to you soon!

And you say that you dont like windows!!

;)

Yeah, a little more info would be nice. What is shared area, what is private? #of bathrooms, and do any of the rooms have a private bathroom or entrance?

I'm not as interested, but I might know one or two who might be.

Information, absolutely!

The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 have a private bathroom, and the other two share.

There is a HUGE kitchen area, large living room, about 32 feet long with a fireplace and vaulted ceiling, and a dining room upstairs. Two decks in the back.

A 2 car garage, and even bigger 'den' type room downstairs.

laundry room and washer/dryer also downstairs.

The house is on 1/2 acre with a driveway. There's a koi pond in the front yard. The back yard is wooded.

As far as how we're going to split it up, we have an idea but are going to kind of play it by ear and see what the people moving in want to do with it.
