Bechdel Challenge report: Fic happening eventually

Actually, I have indeed begun my replacement Bechdelian fic, but I don't know when it'll be ready.  First week of classes plus possibly moving house, or not, and other such stuff getting in the way.

I take comfort in the fact that many of you haven't completed your stories yet, either.  Because I'm just a nice person like that. =)

I'm starting to suspect no one is actually going to be done with their Bechdel fic on time, hah.

Erulisse did because she kicks the ass of all deadlines, but I haven't yet head of anyone else who has.

I'll write it when I get my SV swap fic to the editing stage. Whenever that might be. I'm looking forward to it because it won't be the SV swap fic :) :) Seriously, if I dare write anything else right now, there'll be no road back.

I got mine done, but only because I had too many other things pending and had to wrap it up on time. It's not my best work, but it's not too bad. I look forward to reading everyone else's.

Yes, this challenge seems to have inspired...somewhat lengthy and/or difficult writing tasks? I must keep this in mind, for later.

That, and it seemed to arrive rather spontaneously, so we didn't really have the prep time that many challenges have to mull over ideas/schedule/etc. We'll all be more prepared for the next round I'm sure. =D

Any progress with getting files off Thorin Oakenkeyboard? You seemed to think it might be possible?
My Bechdel OFCs really have disappeared into the night of Mithrim. I hope they resurface, eventually!

I've yet to figure out to whom I will take poor Thorin to assess the situation. This week has been one of distraction from the most basic of tasks (such as making the necessary phone queries).

I hope your OFCs are more forthcoming soon. Their story looked quite interesting!
