Why does everyone have to put air conditioning on as soon as the sun comes out?  Can't anything ever be allowed to be warm for a while?

I get lethargic and violently angry when I'm cold.  Yes, both at once.

Grr.

rancorous diatribe, life with huin

Air conditioning? Can't imagine, after this winter, weather warm enough to ever require air conditioning...

Winters are pretty mild where I live, and seemed especially so to me this year. But still, it's the principle of the thing..

Air conditioning? I use it at the store because I need the customers to be happy, but we use fans at home. I'm not fond of artificially cold air.

Amen! I love fans. My hands sometimes get so cold they hurt when a/c is on.

I wish we had a/c or fans. The idea here seems to be that North European country = impossibly to be too warm. And then it's June and 30 C and everyone is just about suffocating in class.

Of course, as a certified hypocrite I hate the cold as well. But as least you can bundle up against that.

Well yes, it also sucks to be too hot. Heat and cold both suck (I'm totally an equal opportunity hater), although I hate cold more and am more prone to it.

Hmm. I like the heat but also find it absolutely impossible to think or do anything in it. Much like many of my fellow northern humans. Which makes the lack of cooling a very odd decision for a learning environment, but oh well.

My main problem with too cold is that I want to wrap myself up in a fleece blanket with a book and never move again, ever.

Yeah, that is a bit odd. Frugality, perhaps?

Hah, I've known some people to say the cold motivates them to move around, but I have a similar reaction to yours.
