I'm not ultra familiar with the copyright issues, but I don't think so, just because of the difference between the two. Maybe ask Dawn or someone to be more confident, though?

As for names: I honestly don't know. I know there's not a problem with books having the same title, but there may be a trademark issue with this specific thing. It should (hopefully) say somewhere on their website/blog/whathaveyou if the name is trademarked.

In terms of naming I'm no expert, but I doubt there would be a problem - if this ever crossed anybody's radar at all, it's not for profit or even related to the metal festival... but if you want to be entirely safe, how about a tweak like Doom and Gloom in June or something similar?

I really like that tweak, thanks! "Doom and Gloom in June" makes it evident that gloom is an option for those who may not be so inclined toward doom. Or "A June of Doom and Gloom," or some such. *ponders*
