okay firstly , what did you use to pierce your lip ? needle ?

secondly , how long must you wear it before taking it off/changing the ring .. I have only one week break !

I used a needle to pierce it, and my piercing got infected so I couldn't change the ring as soon as I wanted... I'm still waiting until it heals, but technically you could go back in after two weeks to get it changed. But you really shouldn't take it off at all unless you want to risk the hole filling in...
