It figures. LOL. I have NEVER had a cat before, and this summer my son brought this tiny little pathetic looking kitten home. I had to feed it kitty formula with a medicine syringe every few hours just to keep it alive. (I swear it felt like I was raising a baby again! LOL!) Of course now i'm attached to Auto and she has become our family pet. (She was found wrapped in an auto rag so we named her auto.)
As soon as I saw your comment I took my plant off the dining room table and put it on my entertainment center, which is really high and she can't get on top of it. It looks really pretty there too though. :) Thank you! I had no idea these were poisonous to cats!

Just a note tho - if you have cats, be careful with the poinsettia, they are toxic to cats and also strangely irresistable to them.
