This weekend has been really nice. Last night I watched "The Little Princess" with my 3 littlest girls. (It's an old Shirley Temple movie-really cute!) I really enjoyed the beautiful costumes...I love vintage clothing

That really is the good thing about "dieting" or restricting (I find)--that you're relearning how to sit at a table and relax and take small bites and SAVOR your meal...not GOBBLE your meal. Then, before you know it, that small portion of food on the plate that you were sure wouldn't satisfy you is gone--or maybe even half-eaten--and your belly feels full-enough.
