This animation features the character that Gary Coleman played in the made for television movie, The Kid with the Broken Halo. He plays Andy LeBeau an angel, who goes to Earth, and hangs out with some other children and helps with their problems. Occasionally, running into a character named Hornswaggle, he is a guy who is the opposite of a guardian angel which Andy is and takes delight in causing problems for others, especially Andy.
