So vile are their acts that early mankind often mistook them for the servants of Christianity's Satan, with many more powerful Fazran demons taking advantage of their fear and claiming to be the Dark Prince himself. The Fazran are immortal creatures, and while generally one of the most difficult to kill demonic races in existence, in many respects they are also one of the must vulnerable.

Carries an air of age beyond her years...though genial and charming for the most part, she seems eternally touched by the sadness of someone who's been burned way too often. To that end, she tries to hide her pain through a hardass exterior, believing that brute strength can protect her from being hurt at the end of the day. Skilled when it comes to getting into someone's head, and good at backing up everything she says with swift, brutal action. She's friendly and warm by nature, but also something of a loner by both predilection and choice. Has a flagrant disregard for any and all authority, but takes to heart the commands and opinions of those she loves and respects.

History: Born in 497 A.D. to Drokkar of the Forsaken (AKA Khenemetset), Mahet was raised among her father's people, unaware for years that she was born to a human woman, having been stolen from her mother as a child. Unlike her father, however, Mahet chose life as a demon after learning of her human heritage. For a millenia she reigned as a feared and soulless demonic warrior among the Forsaken until she faltered when faced with killing a woman who was related to her through her father's mortal family. When her clan discovered her 'crime' of compassion, she was tortured and executed despite her father's best efforts to save her.
It was Wolfram & Hart's efforts to secure her father's loyalties that resulted in the execution of a ritual that allowed her to be reborn in human form. On September 9, 1976, she was sucessfully reincarnted as Morgana Stratori, born in Queens, New York, the youngest of two mortal children in a family with close ties to the Russian mob, who were well-associated with the firm. She was orphaned by the age of two, however, when her parents and brother were brutally murdered in their home by Wolfram & Hart once they'd outlived their usefulness. Spared during the attack, Morgana was raised in foster care, carefully watched by the firm. In an effort to try and gain early control of her, the right people were paid and the proper strings pulled, ensuring that she met with enough obstacles to strengthen her...and enough tragedy and horror to hopefully invoke the bloodlust of her demon spirit.
At the age of seven, Morgana began suffering from vivid nightmares, in actuality memories of her life as Mahet. As time passed, she also began acquiring knowledge of things she'd never read, heard, or seen in her short life. It wasn't until she turned nine years old that the firm finally took custody of her and, as an act of goodwill, offered Ezekiel his daughter back to attempt to cement his position. In exchange for custody, he agreed to renew his contract, and adopted Morgana on her tenth birthday.
Once Ellison was her legal guardian, he began to educate the troubled little girl about everything that was happening to her...not only her nightmares, but the fact that she was becoming stronger and that sometimes, she could hear what people were thinking. With his aid, outside the firm's radar Morgana began to regain her memory and understand better what she really was. She also began to gain control of the small measure of power her memory had returned to her with his help, and by the age of thirteen, her memory had been almost completely restored.
As she grew older, Morgana made the decision to change her name legally, becoming Monique Fender...not merely her father's daughter, but a new woman all her own, borne from both her demonic and mortal lives. With Ezekiel's help, in spite of her nature she had a relatively normal adolescence, with the exception of interferences from the camp of Wolfram & Hart. At the age of fifteen, Monique was offered and accepted a job as a receptionist for the firm, then eventually graduated to personal assistant to one of Wofram & Hart's many private investigators. When Monique finally came of age and the issue of custody was moot, she and her father worked together to stage a coux that would force the Senior Partners to revoke Ezekiel's contract with no ill effects.
After nearly two years and planning for every possible eventuality, Monique and Ezekiel confronted the directors of the firm successfully, and after obtaining approval from the Senior Partners, Ezekiel won his freedom from employment, as did Monique, who went for her PI's license and signed on with her father after he opened the firm of Falcone & Associates.
