I had a pretty good birthday on Monday. I'm 27 now, overall, I don't really feel any different. I spent most of the day just chilling out. I finished The Surgeon by Tess Gerritsen and played Medal of Honor: European Assault for a few hours. We had dinner at Durty Nelly's, the local Irish Pub, yum! -

Wow, I can't believe it's nearly been a month since I did any kind of an update on LJ. Well, most of the month I've either been sick (including my monthly trip to Macon for MbN) or I've been involved in some sort of workforce drudgery. Emma went in to have her surgery yesterday. The surgery was a success and went well as far as the Doctors could tell. Though it was a very long day. We went in at 10:30am, but Emma wasn't taken back until nearly 1pm. The surgery took about an hour, and then they called Heather and I back to the Recovery Ward.
