Welp I'm getting audited at work tomorrow, like everyone else. Difference between me and everyone else, is that I'm looking forward to it. Nothing better then top management from the district office coming up and trying to tell me better ways to do MY job. I have enough of a problem with the "suits" swinging by and offering me their advice who

That makes my day that you are glad to be evaluated.

You should at least act like you take their advice to heart. This seems to be one of those hoops you have to jump through if you want to advance.

Their advice is about the bullshit stuff

I don't want to advance to management though. And anyone who would have a say in my advancement as far as hourly work is concerned, absolutely loves that I don't play by the rules. I only ignore the shit that makes me less efficient, but does not effect negatively on the quality of my work. Mainly because I look VERY good on the bottom line, and 99.9% of the time they don't have to worry about me at all.

I have earned the right to do things as I please. Which is maximum efficiency, and maximum effectiveness. I just cut the bullshit out of my day in order to do a better job on the things I absolutely have to have done.
