The live-to-air Retro night is on Sunday. It was a live-to-air, but not a Retro night for they went on to play Billy Talent, Sum 41 and the usual shite that they are known for.

I think I would have driven off the road! For a while, I was pretty sure that SOME mainstream radio station would recognize the potential of ebm - I mean, many of them already incorporate house/trance/electronica vibes. But if it were to happen, I don't really know how I'd feel about it... I remember hearing Rancid on the radio after listening to Operation Ivy for years, and it just sounded strange

I guess if they were going to play a song from our scene (I've heard Skinny Puppy, Ministry and Front Line Assembly on live-to-airs) "Once In A Lifetime" would probably be the obvious/safe one. I would consider "Once In A Lifetime" an anthem in the Goth scene, I wonder what the 102.1 listeners though of it? I doubt Savage Garden will get a whole new clientele.
