Hey, congrats on the great number! I'm in it for my eighth year and having a blast so far, writing the fifth volume of my (now) epic post-Apocalypse Sons of Anarchy/Supernatural crossover of doom.
I saw that you're working on original fic and were looking for favorite tropes. I'm a total sucker for hurt/comfort, particularly of the emotional kind wherein one of the two is totally misunderstood or misrepresented (think Aragorn in the Prancing Pony, etc.) and the other is a jerk who learns that he/she was a jerk. I know, I know...I'm a twelve year old girl reading her first romance novels--lol! Still, you asked.
If you need any kind of support at all, either of the kick-in-the-pants or sounding-board variety, I'd be happy to help.
In the meantime, I wish you happy writing.
May the Muse be kind and all the words be good ones.
Thanks, and congratulations on your story cooperating.
I have a general idea for what the story will be (and the characters have already begun to tell me their stories); there may be an episodic nature to it and I was thinking of generic plots, (Cinderella, etc) and wondering what people might like to read. (Plus, prompts can create plot bunnies.)
Thanks for the support and enjoy your month (and an eighth success, judging by your successes of previous years.)
