If anyone wants some, I have 2 starts.

If gas fills the bag, let it out. It’s normal for the batter to raise, bubble and ferment.

1-1/2 cups flour
1-1/2 cups sugar
1-1/2 cup milk and mix
Measure 4 1-cup scoops of batter into 4 separate Ziplock bags and label with today’s date. Save one for yourself if you would like to make the bread again and give the rest away.
With the remaining batter add:
3 eggs
1 cup oil (or 1/2 cup oil and 1/2 cup applesauce)
1/2 cup mlk
1 cup sugar
2 cups flour
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla
1-1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 large box instant pudding - chocolate or vanilla
Optional:
1 cup chopped nuts or
1 cup raisins or
1 cup chocolate chips
Grease 2 loaf pans. Mix an additional 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 tsp cinnamon in a non-metal bowl. Dust pans with 1/2 of the mixture. Pour batter evenly into the 2 loaf pans and sprinkle with remaining sugar mixture.
Bake 1 hour at 325°. Check with toothpick in center to see if done. Cool until loose from pan, then turn into serving tray. Keep in refrigerator.
If the recipe is not passes in the 10th day write date on package. If you keep a starter for yourself, you will be baking bread every 10 days. The bread is very good and makes a great gift. Only the Amish know how to create the starter, so if you give them all away, you’ll have to wait until you get one back.
I have my first 2 loaves in the oven right now...not sure how the recipe is but it sounds very sweet.
If you want some reply to this and we'll work out a drop off.
