Though it sucked, my hard drive dying on me has given me a good excuse to make better order of my computer. I still need to ditch the extra crap I was given with the new HD (all that useless junk PCs come loaded with...), but I have the snazzy new version of Gimp, and just downloaded Open Office today. Ugh, I hate having to do stuff like that. I'm due for a defrag on my computer, it's running sluggishly. I recently had to upgrade from my old standard Netscape and an old version of IE since most websites wont work in either of them anymore. I went to Thunderbird and Firefox and getting everything transferred over and set up has been a frustrating chore. I keep finding settings that just aren't quite right.
