So, this school week was nuts:

2 papers, 2 tests, a rough cut of a scene due in editing, and all the other usual homework.

that's over.

the new guitar is awesome. tyler, ben, and i went out to the space last night and practiced, it was cool.

i still don't know who i am going to be living with... I'm just worried.

my creative life needs a shot of adrenaline.

I am a traitor to the CFVF.... i'm planning on seeing mastodon in charlotte on the 22nd, deerhoof on the 23rd and max wienberg on the 24th.

i didnt realize until just now that those dates are 75% of the CFVF... so ill just have to go to the day time screening and stuff

I can safely say that tonight was the worst practice cuddlemonster has ever had... but the odds were against us. lack of sleep and an amp breaking down as well as me not being able to use my pedals and trying to use a new guitar and ben using a new amp all in the same night really killed us ( Read more... )

Anna Nicole Smith died on my 21st birthday.

I didn't even make a wish.

Band practice went well, though I'm still relatively unhappy with the shape we're in. Good to know that Tyler wants to rework our sound/some older stuff. New songs sound promising.

I kicked ass in french today, or maybe the rest of the class was so bad that it made me look good. I don't know.

Erica and Ryan got a dog. They named it Gidget, but Tyler, Ben, and I have been calling it Slayer because it is all black.

The dog is metal.
