George Jackson was one of Keith Olbermann's Worst Persons in the World last night for the DEGC's decision to demolish the last quarter of Tiger Stadium rather than allowing The Old Tiger Stadium Conservancy to continue raising money for its plans to turn the old ballfield into a park for little league and restore the last quarter of the structure

They are paying for it? Oh, that is just horrible. Honestly I don't care about that stadium at all, but that is just...horrible.

I've always liked both of the Levins. It's too bad that the conservatives of Michigan are not only much more aggressive, but also sort of evil.

George Jackson must not know what an earmark is. If he knew, he would realize that it requires the expenditure of a lot of political capital to get one, which Sen. Levin could have spent on something else. I imagine he will think twice before trying to score any money for Detroit in the future.
