As far as we know. We can't leave the Mansion grounds.

There's no check in counter or anything. You just pick any room you want. You don't have to pay either. There's a kitchen and dining hall that never runs out of food and a closet in the rooms to provide for basic necessities. If you want specific items, there's a vendor outside that you can barter items to buy some stuff.
