I have no computer at home to use. We are talking about getting one this weekend. We want a Mac.
Any suggestions on what kind?
He's done his research but I don't know much about computers.
Anyone have one that wants to sing praises on thiers or bury it in their back yard?

I love Macs! I used to work for Apple and am a huge fan.

I have a MacBook Pro, it is amazing but they have a few issues to work out. As a home computer, I would highly recommend an iMac. They are perfect. They just came out with a HUGE screen one, too.

They have the new super fast ingredients, and OSX is just so fun. It comes with all sorts of neat applications and things just WORK. The iMac has a built in cam on top, I think that's fun. I have three tech-impaired graphic designing sisters who have and adore them, too. (:

We decided to go ahead and get one. Ours will have the cool 24inch screen with the camera too.

Yay!! I think you'll love it. That screen is crazy! It will be great for watching movies and stuff on Frontrow. It comes with a little remote so you can play things from across the room.
