whats the best new music people have heard lately?

i'm kinda reaching a dead end with the music i'm been listening to over and over again.

surely i would not like to get burned out on this music.

but yeah, what are the best albums people have heard lately? (not necessarily new or from 2006)

I've been really into the John Cale album Paris 1919 (from 1973) and the new Asobi Seksu album. Which is kind of weird since I found them pretty boring in concert

i like the new hot chip album a lot and also the new dat politics album, although i'm not sure if you'd like either. also the spank rock album "yoyoyoyoyo" a loooot especially 'sweet talk' which has a great sample from the motown song "do i love you (indeed i do)." i just heard a song by this band magyar posse and it was awesome. also "super ae" by the boredoms, the best of salt 'n' pepa, and that "big apple rappin'" compilation is great.

i've been enjoying "the moon boys" by iran, s/t by howlin' rain, the new comets on fire, the cliff martinez soundtrack to solaris (the remake), and "winnipeg is a frozen shithole" by venetian snares is pretty good.
