Ok so I no longer have aol on my laptop . . . my parents canceled it b/c the AOL ppl were rude . . . My mom wanted to switch the billing to a different credit card and they said no n were being rude to her . . . so than my dad ask to speak to the supervisor and the lady said no and hung up! lol . . . so than my dad called again and talked to this
