Johan wakes up suddenly. Hand clasping his forehead as he bolts up in the bed. His breathing is heavy, it's like he's woken up from a nightmare.

Which in a sense he was. At least if you counted being shot in the head as nightmare. The only difference was that this had actually happened.

[Well this is a switch-- one that Ciel's not entirely sure he approves of. Johan hadn't seemed like a threat to Nina herself.... it was still disconcerting that she was going to be in the same house with him. Cough. And Ciel might even-- miss her or something. Not that it was something he'd admit openly]
