You have to get the pictures hosted somewhere online first. Greatestjournal.com has free hosting. Once you have your pictures online, you just need to use one of those ol' (img src="http://whathefuckever.com/nameofyourpicture.jpg") or whathave you, where the parantheses are those less than or greater than signs. <, >. You know how it is.
