While I was reading through the chem book, I thought of what MSGs chemical symbol would be. Monosodium glutamate is its big name, so I figured it would have one sodium and then glutamate. I thought glutamate would be like some form of CH2O because it sounds kinda like glucose. So then the chemical formula would be NaCH2O, or without subscripts,
