So I haven't been doing that great at the routine thing or the blog thing. I need a kick in the pants and hopefully more sunny days to motivate me to be productive on all levels. Yeah my nicest one was $50 that I got in Hamilton at this cute/oddball junk/typewriter shop, but the other two I got have VV for around $10's. They both need new ribbons though, but I am gonna hit up that shop sometime.

I have heard a lot of different opinions on cleanses. I drink lots of water usually, but I also eat meat and I imagine sometimes rotting flesh mucking up my bowels. I don't know if being a carnivore makes a difference. I do feel crappy/unhealthy. I should at least take Vitamin D though, you are right on that I'm sure.

the best thing to get me going is to wake up, get dressed and walk the
dundurn stairs. it takes about an hour out of the day but when i get home, i shower, tea and have the energy to do a million things.

i love that art!
i want to go to value village with you, and watch alister crowley documentaries and listen to music with you!

i am so into conspiracy theories too, whether or not i believe them.

Yeah I don't live close to the stairs anymore :( but that is a good idea. Are you doing them in winter too?! You're looking good by the way! Must be all the stairs.

There are so many weirdos on the internet, I love it. It's the best way to interact with crazy people cause you're at a safe distance but they get to impart their crazy wisdom to you.
