We had worked our way through the extensive Los Angeles sewer system and had found that the warlock, Cyvus Vail, who had done the spell on Connor and was the key to getting his memories altered, once more, to where he isn't so explosive and volatile...lived in a mansion in Brentwood

“You glowed on us, didn’t you?”
I kept hugging her, my head going over to face Vail, holding his respirator, trying to speak and eventually saying that we broke his spell and he doesn’t care. He started babbling other things too. Honestly, these evil warlocks just never shut up.
I just wanted to hug Cordy and found that she was pushing me away.
“Hey, Cordy, I want to hug you and oh yeah, there’s a demon over there. We should pick up the sword, probably and kill him. I just don’t feel like it.”
I went to hug her again, but she pushed me away, picked up the sword and ran over to the demon. The demon didn’t even try to stop her, really, he just stood there and a weird expression came upon his face as the blade went through his neck.

On it champ, I thought, but wanted to take the champ part back as all he wanted to do was hug me. The first hug was nice, now, we need to take care of the bad guys and get Connor fixed up while there is still time.
He went to hug me again and I pushed him away, seeing the surprise and the hurt in his eyes as I picked up the sword and sliced through the demons neck about five seconds later.
Exhausted here from glowing, but does Angel offer any support? No. He just looks at me wide-eyed while Vail keeps on talking.
Vail babbled about how Connor was going to have such a fine life and it was a pity that he had to be taken out of his new life. That it was a pity that Angel reneged on his deal with the Senior Partners.
“Yeah, he reneged because all of his friends were gunned down by a madman, but while we are on the subject, you’re going to do another spell to give Connor some peace… ( ... )

It fits, I guess, because look at him…he’s so tiny and frail.
I walked closer to Cordy, but holding that sword, I didn’t get too close to her, because she’s at work right now, which I really wish that she wasn’t, because I feel like grabbing her in my arms and kissing her for hours.

Oh yeah, Connor…that’s right. We need to help Connor.
“Yeah, my son is all filled with rage, Vail. He’s tied up right now because that’s all that we could do to keep him from running around all crazy. The rage, I don’t understand where he gets it from, Vail. Honestly, he doesn’t get it from his father…”
