So I'm trying really hard to play through Elder Scrolls: Morrowind without cheating. The only way I can perceive of doing this is to avoid magic at all costs. However, in order to thoroughly loot and pillage the game of all its secrets I must join and dominate the Mage Guild and both the Imperial Cult and the Ancestral Temple. All of which

I've always said, I'd like to take a year off of life to play me some Morrowind.

I've discovered that if I stay away from Mysticism and Restoration I can still use magic, as the cheats I know all involve combining a soultrap with a buff spell and casting at a wall or similar non-creature target. But yeah, my goal is to get to the highest rank in all guilds. It's going to take forever, even if I spend a few Saturdays doing nothing but play.
