*hugs* Ack. I know the pain of screwed up sleeping patterns; they mess up everything else for me when they swing like that. I'm fairly intolerable when I've not slept right.

*hugs* again.

I know. Don't worry. I am so worried about you and what this stupid schedule is doing to you. While it's not healthy to get 23 hours of sleep at once...I am glad you at lest got some then.

I think it may be time to verbally address the issue with your boss. I know they know you aren't happy but they may not realize how much of a toll it's taking on you. I also think when you get switched back you need to take a couple of days vacation and try to get your body back on schedule. I know you are loathe to consider them...but maybe just two or three days of taking a sleeping pill at night when you make the switch just to get your body jump started in the right direction.

(((((((((((((hugs))))))))))

Let me know if you figure it out, since this is kinda what I do. :(

None at all for 3 days, then crash, then maybe 3 hours, then none, then 2 hours, then... yeah.

There is something horribly ironic about your situation. Your job is about people finding healthy sleep patterns, right? I would definitely let your boss know the toll it is causing you. If nothing else it is excellent fodder for later on getting more money as a raise. :)
