I've seen probably around 10 places thus far, and am filling out an application on Friday after work for a two-bedroom one I saw last week. Hopefully I'll get the place, 'cause I've been thinking about it all week. Tenants insurance will be about $25-30 a month, but combined with my car insurance at the same company, it'll be less. Check the online rates. The con rate is a rip off. I got a room for $89 a night Canadian.

Yeah, but I'm still waffling back and forth about staying for Saturday night, Friday and Saturday, or just come for Saturday and not stay at all.
