Yes, I did and thanks. I never tried my paw at "poetry" before but, I needed to angst and thought I'd try to do so in as brief a way as possible. That's what turned out.
Having just discussed this with you online, and to find out you wrote this yourself, I am deeply moved. :)
It speaks of darkness and fear of loneliness. These are every day things for me. I am all too falimiar with them.
But it also speaks of hope and determination to see things through to the dawn, how ever far away that light may be. This too I am familiar with. Personal strength is a cherished virtue.
And it speaks of the stars, who's light is both cold and caring. Indifferent and empathic. The stars always hold an enigmatic sense of hope for me, one I can only hope to just barely touch with my fingers.
